The Royal College of Podiatry provides ongoing support for your career development through various services and resources.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
The Royal College of Podiatry requires members to engage regularly in CPD activity and suggests you undertake at least 30 hours of CPD a year, of which at least 15 hours should be clinical study. Your CPD should reflect your current and future practice.
CPD activities can include:
work-based learning such as coaching, mentoring and discussions with colleagues
professional activities such as involvement in professional bodies and project work
formal activities such as attending conferences, courses or further education
self-directed learning such as reading journals or conducting online research

The Royal College of Podiatry offers a free online mentor platform for members. Through this platform, you can:
