The Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity (EDI) steering group works to promote equality, diversity and inclusion within the Royal College of Podiatry and its membership.

The EDI Steering Group:

• meets virtually 3 times a year (next meetings: June and October 2025)

• develops strategies, policies and initiatives to support diversity

• ensures fair representation and support for all members

The EDI Steering Group provides:

• a forum to discuss diversity issues affecting podiatrists and patients

• opportunities to contribute to policy development

• resources to support inclusive practice

• networking with colleagues who share your commitment to equality
