How to submit your story
Email your story to comms@rcpod.org.uk with the subject line "Student story submission".
Submission guidelines
Your submission should:
be 300 to 800 words
focus on a specific aspect of your student experience
include your name, university and year of study
include a brief bio (2 to 3 sentences)
be written in your own words
Topic suggestions
Consider writing about:
placement experiences
overcoming challenges
working with specific patient groups
balancing studies with other commitments
practical tips for other students
innovative projects you've been involved with
We particularly welcome diverse perspectives and experiences.
What happens next
The Royal College of Podiatry content team will review your submission and may contact you with editing suggestions before publishing. Your story may be featured on our website, social media channels or in student resources.
